Dr. Aydın Aysu, an alumnus of Sabancı University, has been awarded the 2026 DAC Under-40 Innovators Award by the Design Automation Conference (DAC), one of the most established international events in the field of electronic design and design automation.
Dr. Aydın Aysu was found deserving of the award particularly for his work on hardware security of artificial intelligence accelerators and secure hardware applications of post-quantum cryptography, and the contributions of these studies to standardization, industry collaborations, and technology transfer.
The award honors researchers and technology leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant technical and applied contributions to the design and automation of electronic systems and who are shaping the future of the field. Dr. Aydın Aysu received his award at a ceremony held on July 27, 2026, in Long Beach, as part of the 63rd Design Automation Conference (DAC).
Dr. Aydın Aysu's internationally acclaimed achievement stands out as a remarkable example of the high-quality work Sabancı University graduates are doing in the fields of science and technology worldwide.
